Also known as Nyr'leha, to access Moarsman City, you must complete the Lord Test. Once a Lord in your society, you can use a portal Statue @ 88.0S 55.5W to the island (same statue from the Lord Test) near the Moarsman Gateway Temple southeast of Candeth Keep.

Note: Only the west statue @ 88.0S 55.5W can be used to access to the island. The east statue will cast you into The Pit of Heretics.

There are no tiable portals nearby, however there is a lifestone not too far away at 88.3S 60.9W.

Statue teleports you with Gateway to Nyr'leha.
