- Raszagal and Tassadar of Morningthaw both had their names added to the Specialty Cookbook after working together to discovering the recipe for the Hot Kimchi. This was one of the recipes in the Sudden Season Cooking Contest.
- The in game text Return to Frore was written by the player Abrim of Morningthaw who won the Quest for Frore Story Contest in January 2000.
- Loka Wu of Morningthaw had his story, Loka Jii Learns to Hunt, made available in game after it was chosen as one of the best three Sho entries in the AC Writing Contest.
- Anjwar al-Jaenth of Morningthaw had his story, Recalling the Calling, made available in game after it was chosen as one of the best three Gharu'ndim entries in the AC Writing Contest.
- Rage Lao of Morningthaw accidentally triggered a portal beacon during the Across the Vast Divide event that caused the Burun to be released into Dereth. He was met by Antius Blackmoor who questioned him as part of his investigation into the magical surges caused by the device. Rage Lao's actions have also earned him a place in AC lore and is mentioned on a Burun painting in the Town Network.
