MLMT is a dungeon accessed by a portal near Mount Lethe that contains the PK Altar and which needs lockpicking to access it. It also holds the Pool of Lethe for the Water of Mount Lethe.
During the The Iron Coast event, the creatures were updated including a Virindi Overseer which now also drops Lord Cambarth's Torn Journal.
