The Adventurer's warning note is found near the portal drop.
The portal to the Apostate Nexus Gateway can be found in the second acid pit (see map).
This dungeon was once home to one of the Soul Crystals, the Nexus Crystal. When it was destroyed during the Thorns of the Hopeslayer event, it dropped a powerful Nexus Core Gem which could be used to forge the unique Nexus Shadow Armor.

During the Ashes and Dust event, the dungeon was overtaken by Viamontians and a Nexus Commander was now found in the Soul Crystal's chamber. The dungeon was also updated with a 100+ restriction.
During the Secrets of the Apostates event, the Apostate Nexus Gateway was added to the dungeon.
