From the Clutch of Kings (Rehir) quest, introduced during the On Bended Knee event.

Olthoi Lands Portal Device
Value: 10,000 3,500 Burden Units
This device was fashioned by Shoyanen Kenchu under the direction of High Queen Elysa Strathelar. The magic of the device can only be activated if placed on a mansion hook. The magic has yet to be perfected so the device may deliver the user to one of three locations: Olthoi North, Olthoi Horde Nest North, Black Death Catacombs.

Portals you randomly to one of three locations:
- Black Death Catacombs - 60.0N, 71.1E
- Olthoi Horde Nest North - 64.3N, 53.0E
- Olthoi North - 49.7N, 72.3E
