Used as currency by Olthoi Soldier and Spitter classes on Olthoi Island to purchase from the Olthoi Matron (NPC) or the Olthoi Matron (NPC) (Soldiers).
Can drop on any mob over level 100 (when killed by an Olthoi Player).
