Casts the following spells: Wrath of the Puppeteer, Major Mana Gain, Hermetic Link IV Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 100 Spellcraft: 400 Mana: 1400 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Wrath of the Puppeteer (Shoots three bolts of flame toward the target. Each bolt does 40-60 points of fire damage to the first thing it hits.) Major Mana Gain (Increases the rate at which the target regains Mana by 30%. Additional spells can be layered over this.) Hermetic Link IV (Increases a magic casting implement's mana conversion bonus by 40%.)
