• Celestial Hand - Speak to Narthran Two-Blades in the Celestial Hand Stronghold in the south Throne room.
• Eldrytch Web - Speak to Hiro Sawatogo in the Eldrytch Web Stronghold in the south Throne room.
• Radiant Blood - Speak to Marek al-Evv in the Radiant Blood Stronghold in the south Throne room.

Narthran Two-Blades tells you, "I collect certain rare trophies from our adversaries on Freebooter Isle and the Moarsman City dedicated to T'thuun. If you find one of these trophies, bring it to me and I will reward you for it."

On Morningthaw players have spotted Tch'Keryk the Emissary on Moarsman City. Severlin has posted that the spawn mechanic is similar to Lady Tairla Mhoire in Graveyard.^[1]

One of the rare spawns in Moarsman city is a Moarsman Blight-caller.
