The developers of Asheron's Call have stated that due to the server load already nearly bursting at the seams (back when AC was more popular,) they have absolutely no plans to launch "Deluxe Residential Quarters" which would be somewhat like a set of underground villas. Even though such deluxe RQs are feasible now, they still have no plans for them due to low demand anyways.

Residential Quarters are the official name for a labyrinth of underground, windowless starter apartments for the recently-arrived Isparians. Purchases are 100,000 Pyreals and a Writ of Refuge, and 10,000 per month thereafter. There is only one floor hook, two wall hooks, and a treasure chest.

Thanks to Asheron's protective magic, no enemy creatures have ever set foot in these fancy "Isparian Dungeons."
