A stamp with the Royal Coat of Arms. Special Properties: Dyeable Use Loyalty skill to stamp this symbol onto a flag. Dye this stamp first if you wish the symbol to be a color other than white. This item can be placed on wall hooks.

Obtained by handing in a Harbinger Arm Token taken from the easy Harbinger.
Can be used to stamp the Royal Coat of Arms symbol onto a Flag (Loyalty skill check) to create a Royal Coat of Arms Flag.
