- This key is obtained by carving a Misshapen Bone Fragment that is found on upper level creatures on Bur with an Intricate Carving Tool.
- It unlocks the Skeletal Falatacot Reliquary which are found on Bur in the area beyond the rock in the Southern Catacombs including the Ley Lin/Mucor dungeon and the Shaman Rescue dungeon.
- Keys can be added to Skeletal Falatacot Keyrings.
