A human NPC sent by the Arcanum to observe the Graveyard and provide supplies for adventurers. He sells fletchings items, alchemy supplies, magic components, and other items. He is located just outside the Graveyard to the southeast.
Skettek the Wanderer tells you, "Greetings. I have been sent here by the Arcanum to observe what we can about this place. I have also been empowered to sell materials to intrepid adventurers in the area."
