- One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by Hurnmel the Smith from a Spectral Ingot
- Add a Spectral Binding Stone to create a permenant version, the Soul Bound Staff. (Currently bugged, speak to envoy via urgent assistance)
- May be traded either as the Casting Stamped Spectral Ingot or while the 3 day timer is counting down.
