Chests that spawn randomly on the landscape hold 0-2 mana stones and 1-3 level VII scrolls. One of the scrolls can be a wall, ring, volley or blast war scroll (rare) and a Tier 5 weapon (profile updated in Shedding Skin).
Chests in fixed locations in dungeons drop low level loot. A partial list of locations with such chests:
