Quest Overview

"Light the Beacon for Elena Du Furza."

Walk Through

  1. Speak with Elena Du Furza in Sanamar at 71.8N, 61.0W to get a Beacon Gem.
  2. Proceed into the Beacon Tower portal behind her, which teleports you onto a platform high above the ground.
  3. Make your way to the end of the series of platforms until you reach the Beacon.
  4. Give the Beacon your Beacon Gem for an experience reward.
  5. Return to Elena Du Furza for three Adept Healing Kits and 1,000 Pyreals.

Place this gem within the beacon and you shall have the satisfaction of knowing that you have done your King a great service."

Notes

  • The 20-hour timer is on the Beacon Gem, so you could collect multiple gems and turn them all in at once.
  • You can just run through all of the wasps and golems if you are sufficiently buffed, although the wasps drop wings and the golems drop hearts and motes (although rarely).
  • This, along with The Missing Necklace, can get your newbie some fast and easy experience.
  • During the Reforging the Past event, the timer was shortened from 24 hours to 20 hours.
