Tou-Tou is a sho town at the end of a small peninsula north of Hebian-To.
Featured prominantly to the north-east of town is a very large Empyrian lighthouse, which is often used as a jumping platform by the brave or foolhardy.

Getting to Tou-Tou
Tou-Tou is part of the Arwic Portal Loop.
Portals to Tou-Tou can be found in Shoushi, Arwic, and Lin, as well as in Umbral Halls, one of the Portal Nexus Dungeons.
