The small golems on Ulgrim's Island randomly drop Ulgrim's Contest Mugs. Each mug you collect is good for one round of a drinking contest with Ulgrim the Unpleasant in Ayan Baqur. Give a mug to Ulgrim to start a round. Winning a round gives a title, winning 10 rounds gives another title.
