Uses Bow Skill Uses arrows as ammunition. Bonus to Melee Defense: +11% (+28%) Your base Bow must be at least 330 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Atlan's Alacrity, Moderate Coordination Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 190 Spellcraft: 300 Mana: 3000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Infected Caress (Increases a weapon's damage value by 22 points.) Cragstone's Will (Increases the Melee Defense skill modifier of a weapon or magic caster by 17%.) Atlan's Alacrity (Improves a weapon's speed by 70 points.) Moderate Coordination (Increases the target's Coordination by 10 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.)
