- This dungeon is one of many dungeons in the Sword of Lost Hope Quest designed to be completed with two or more people.
- Doors in this dungeon are lever activated and can only be opened by levers in the Lower Heart of Darkness dungeon and vice versa.
- During the Into the Darkness event, the Heart of Darkness was updated with higher level Shadows.
