This blunt and flexible staff looks to have been used as a tool for administering punishment by the Falatacot. Special Properties: Crushing Blow, Biting Strike Damage: 10.5 - 21 (16.5 - 33), Bludgeoning Speed: Very Fast (10) (0) Uses Staff Skill Bonus to Attack Skill: +9% Bonus to Defense Skill: +9% (+19%) Your base Staff must be at least 250 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Bludgeoning Protection Other III, Defender IV, Blood Drinker IV, Swift Killer IV Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 100 Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 1200 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

There are multiple versions of this staff, depending on which level of the quest was completed.
