Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded, Human Slayer, Ivoryable, Unenchantable Bonus to Mana Conversion: +1% (+?%) Your base Life Magic must be at least 300 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Hunter's Lash, War Magic Mastery Other VI, Moderate Mana Conversion Prowess, Focus Self VI, Murderous Intent, Life Magic Mastery Other VI, Willpower Self VI Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 50 Spellcraft: 325 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds.
