Just did this quest to find it was updated. Seems turbine snuck it in in the September hotfix. The chest and portals are now always spawned and a moarsman drops a key to the chest now. --An Adventurer 18:24, 12 October 2008 (CDT)

2 of varicci's outposts and 4 of elysa's outposts have these new temples. Went out with my vassal, found one in redspire (NPC is in the vaimont tower, temple is to the west). So Varicci's two are Redspire and Eastwatch. Elysa's are tou-tou, danby, ayan, and ???.

We checked nanto, yaraq, rithwic, kryst, freehold, eastham, mayoi, kara, candeth, and silyun. We suspect that, based on the difficulty of the 5 known, it will be between danby and ayan in difficulty. And it will be an outpost near the sea.
