My leveling guide has an emphasis on questing rather than dungeon grinding. It also is written for natural progression—completing content intended for your level range rather than much higher, and completing that content within your own means rather than using extremely powerful hand-me-downs and buff bots. This guide does not totally ignore the fact the higher levels help lower levels, as that is what the patron-vassal relationship is all about. But it also does assumes that your patron won't always be there to help, and that they are not necessarily a max level character who can provide you with everything you'd possibly need.
At level 10 you will be able to start the Facility Hub Quests. This is a series of quests connected via a hub with high value experience rewards to quickly level from 10 to approximately 46. The hub also includes portals to the first 5 Olthoi Pincer dungeons and the first 8 Tusker Tusk dungeons. For the most efficient order to run the quests in to maximize the experience rewards, see Facility Hub Quests/Tasks by Efficiency.
During the course of the Facility Hub Quests you may find yourself a level or two short of the next set of quests. To help cover this gap, the first three sections of the Moarsmen on the Shores quest (Redspire, Tou-Tou, and Danby's Outpost) and the first two sections of the Ritual of the Blight quest (Redspire and Tou-Tou). Please note that these quest take place at the same locations, so you can save time by running them together.
When you finish the Facility Hub Quests, you will still probably be a few levels short of 50. Here are a few options to reach 50:
* Head out to the Gearknight Invasion Area and complete the quests, collection tasks, and kill tasks out there. These quests may be repeated every day, so it should not take long to reach 50.
* Speak with Shoichi at 54.4S 72.9E in Lin. This flags you for the 500 count Tusker Guard kill task which rewards you with 20,000,000xp upon completion. This quest can be completed in the Tusker Barracks (which you can access via the Facility Hub) or in any of the three Black Spawn Dens (which you can access via the Black Spawn Den Portal Device if your allegiance mansion has one).
* Spend some time in a popular hunting dungeon. Some options are: Phyntos Menace, Matron Hive North, Matron Hive South, Olthoi Arcade, Dungeon Nye, and Mite Maze.

TIPS:
* At level 50+, any character may fellow together and get the full experience bonus. Prior to 50 there is a +/- 5 levels of the fellowship leader rule, and if any members of the fellowship are outside of that range, the experience bonus becomes unbalanced (in favor of the higher levels).
* Higher damage per hit becomes more important at this point. For most characters, this means acquiring weapons imbued with the Rending special property. Alternatives/additions to rending weapons include: Life Magic for vulnerabilities and imperil, Alchemical Throwing Phials for vulnerabilities and imperil, and Gearcrafted Lenses for imperil.

Aerbax's Prodigal Drudge
:Notes: This is a great group quest for all levels. Bonecrunch (the boss) is a high exp kill. Lower levels benefit greatly from this when fellowed with higher levels. The quest exp is a percentage reward (pxp) which caps at level 180, making this a great quest for higher levels too. Lower levels (with Life Magic trained) can help the group by using their own healing magic or by using The Healer's Heart's innate spell, Heal Other VI, to heal the higher levels while they kill the monsters.
:XP Rewards:
:* Approximately 20,000,000xp (per member) from killing Bonecrunch - value varies depending on fellow size.
:* 20% up to level 180 (132,000,000xp) for completing the quest.
:* 10% up to level 180 (66,000,000xp ) per reward item handed in (2 per run, they are trade-able).
:Timer: 6 Days on quest exp, no timer on repeating and rekilling Bonecrunch

Crystalline Crag quests & hunting
:Notes: The Crystalline Crag is a 50+ hunting area in the Direlands. It is populated with elemental Wisps that frequently cast elemental war magic spells. It may be a bit difficult right at 50 depending on character and equipment. All characters are suggested to get minor wards for Acid, Fire, Frost, and Lightning. Melees will also benefit from a Sanguinary Aegis. The best damage types to use on the wisps are slashing, piercing, and bludgeoning.
:XP Rewards:
:* 140,000xp per Wisp kill.
:* 20% up to level 110 (20,000,000xp) for completing the Wisp Whipper quest.
:* 35%(?) up to level 80 (10,000,000xp) for completing the Bound Wisp Quest quest.
:* 20%up to level 156 (75,000,000xp) for completing the Rare Crystalline Shards (50+) quest.
