Scepter of the Portal Currents Quest
This quest-- http://asheron.wikia.com/wiki/Scepter_of_the_Portal_Currents
has the following line in the write up--
Hunt in the Prodigal Banderling dungeon for Quidioxes (3 on a decent timer) then hit up Dark Bobo's lair for the paradoxes
Does anyone know where the Prodigal Banderling dungeon is located?
