Why did you delete the redirect of "Glenden Woods" to "Glenden Wood"? It's standard practice on Wikis that mis-spellings are redirected to the properly spelled page. 98.204.69.122 19:00, 27 October 2007 (CDT)

Gouru 02:51, 28 October 2007 (CDT) I looked for all the references to the misspelled name, corrected the spelling to where they then linked to the correct page. Once all the corrections were made, I deleted the redirect as it was then orphaned. Didn't see a reason to leave the misspellings in the articles.

Even though you've cleaned up all references to the bad spelling, people may still search for, or manually enter the misspelled title. Better for them to hit a redirect when they do that, than a 404. Personally, I manually type wiki URLs all the time, so typo redirects save me a lot of time. Merreborn 00:24, 17 July 2008 (CDT)
