Now that Turbine is creating contracts for virtually all new quests, does it make sense for the page title for all quests to be the "official" name used in the contract? Looking at edit histories, it looks like Arkalor and Immortalbob had some bots go and do bulk name changes. The policy on the topic here seems to be dated. --Darkmurkrow (talk) 19:56, 11 September 2013 (UTC)

- Suca - Turbine usually seems to release the contracts a month after the actual quest gets released, I try and use the dungeon name if one exists, otherwise I use the contract if it one exists at time the dungeon is released. Take this month as an example, there is no Contract for it http://acpedia.org/wiki/Presk%27s_Bunker_Quest so i used the dungeon name.

Images with disallowed characters in name

I forget too what I told you before, there's a couple of ways to do this, but in this case the best way to handle it is the following, especially in cases where many items use the same image.

 1. Upload a copy of the image using a simple descriptive name, for example:
 2. Then for any items that would use that file, type in the name of the file as it should exist (using any characters like ":" as needed) into the search box, it will give a red create page link, click it and then on a single line put #Redirect and then you can reference it like any other item's image, for example:

Essence

I added a T/F parameter to the template that will display specialization required (example). --How often to wash makeup brushes? ,wholesale mac makeup ,,http://clarisonicmia2us.webs.com/#18392 5:01am, 26 February 2013

Quest Page Titles

Now that Turbine is creating contracts for virtually all new quests, does it make sense for the page title for all quests to be the "official" name used in the contract? Looking at edit histories, it looks like Arkalor and Immortalbob had some bots go and do bulk name changes. The policy on the topic here seems to be dated. --Darkmurkrow (talk) 19:56, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
