These five texts are found at the end of each of the 5 dungeons of the [[Olthoi Chasm]]. The texts can be turned in (translated or untranslated) to [[Xavier, Royal Guard]] who stands outside the portal to the Chasm.

Lore Background: These texts detail the efforts of the Dericostian undead led by [[His Eternal Splendor]] to stop the advance of the [[Ancient Olthoi Queen]], which attacked Dereth a few years back. The undead sealed the passage of the retreating queen using the machines assembled by the Isparians via the [[Undead Mechanic]].

We call upon you to seal the deep places of this world. The dark spawn unleashed by the last child of the Yalain, fueled by hatred and memory as long as our own, have established a host of tunnels beneath the world. They have joined the dark spawn that remain upon Killiakta and will raze her if the outlanders fail to drive the brood mind away. The outlanders have been gifted with a means to weaken the dark spawn, it was His will. He begs that you leave your work and take up this charge.

As you have requested, so it has been done. The outlanders remain predictable and pliable. They have furnished us with the materials you require.

All transpires as He has foretold. I am aware of your concerns over the outlanders, specifically the singer. I say this, listen not to the songs that are sung, for she calls without thought. She will not wake the sleepers and her limited understanding and capacity for the Art will restrict her.
If the sleepers do wake, we shall dispose of them as we had in the past. Our attention must rest upon the dark spawn, and their brood mind at the present.

The outlanders, and their singer, have performed their will. Our efforts now turn to expelling the dark spawn and sealing the tunnels as they continue their egress. Already we have dispatched risen to verify the flight of the brood mind. Our preliminary visions have revealed that the risen perform well against the fleeing dark spawn. We shall continue our assault and make the devices ready for your utilization.

The brood mind has left the scope of our vision. The dark spawn abandoned to their own are proving to be a negligible distraction. We continue to fashion the devices that you have asked we create and provide them to you now. As you have agreed, so it must be done. He thanks you for your sacrifice and asks that the process to close the deep places of this world commence.
