Devices contain a unique ability to tap into specific magics on a variety of levels. The tier of a device is completely dependent on the materials it is made from and in some cases the craftsmanship of the components. The tools and components needed to craft devices are largely sold by various shopkeepers and the remainder drop as trophies on creatures. Each stage of crafting requires a skill check and if failed the components are lost. Though gearcraft skill is required to make these items, anyone with that meets the device requirements can use the item (they are tradeable). Some spells are only cast while in a fellowship (a fellow of one works) and are cast on all members of the fellow that are within radar range.

Leadership Horns

Leadership Horns increase the Health of all fellowship members by 2 to 10 points and depend on the user's buffed Leadership.

Lenses

Special handle-mounted lenses that allow players trained in Assess Creature (reqs are base skill, not buffed) to detect creature weaknesses and cast an imperil like spell. The lense itself is a casting device.

Medals of Intellect increase the Mana of all fellowship members by 2 to 10 points and depend on the user's buffed Loyalty.

Medals of Vigor

Medals of Vigor increase the Stamina of all fellowship members by 2 to 10 points and depend on the user's buffed Loyalty. (In the spell description it says it raises endurance, so currently either it is a typo or the medal affects the wrong attribute).

These devices use a trapped virindi essence to increase your Arcane Lore by 8 to 40 points and depend on your buffed Deception.
