Royal Tent located at 80.7N 43.0W with many quest NPCs near the Hoshino Tower and Nanjou Shou-jen Academy.

Take the Stonehold portal in the North wing of Town Network, then take the Desolation Beach portal at 69.9n, 20.2w, from the drop point run to the Royal Tent at 80.7n, 43.0w.

During the Darkest Night event the NPC Lord Brem who is part of the Hoshino Must Die quest was added.
