Walk Through
There are two different quests related to the creature lords: the orignal quest, hunting down the lords for their trophies, and the later addition of Belinda du Loc's kill task.
Creature Lords
- search for Creature Lords on the landscape of Dereth. The lords send out a local area broadcast (a green text message) and can often be spotted by looking for this message. Kill the lords and obtain their trophies.
- In addition to special trophies the Creature Lords also drop regular trophies like Motes and Shards at vastly increased rates compared with regular creatures.
Belinda du Loc's Task
- Head to Stonehold and speak with Belinda du Loc for the Creature Lords kill task. She will hand you a List of Hunted Creatures. The following creature lords count towards the kill task:
- Kill 50 of these creatures and return to Belinda for your reward of 50,000,000xp and the title Elite Head Hunter.
- [OPTIONAL]: If any of the above creatures drop their unique trophy item, Belinda du Loc will enhance it, giving it it better properties. In most cases this will also add higher wield restrictions to the items.
- [OPTIONAL]: After a trophy is enhanced, it may be handed back to Belinda for 500,000xp (1% up to level 92).

Speaking with Belinda du Loc
- Belinda du Loc tells you, "Hello, I am Belinda a hunder of rare creatures. There's nothing like the hunt to let one know they are alive."
Belinda du Loc tells you, "I would like you to experience the hunting of some of this lands rarest and most elusive creatures." - Belinda du Loc tells you, "Use that list as a reference. Kill 50 of the creatures in the "Rare Game" section of that list and I will reward you greatly."
- Belinda du Loc gives you List of Hunted Creatures.
Completing Kill Task
- Belinda du Loc tells you, "Excellent, you are now an experienced hunter of the most elusive creatures. If you found anything on these creatures I can use my expertise and knowledge to bring out the essence of the creatures in the item and return to you an enhanced version."
- You have been given the title of Elite Head Hunter.
- You've earned 50,000,000 experience.
Handing in a Special Item for the Enhanced Version
- You give Belinda du Loc Crystal Sword.
- Belinda du Loc tells you, "I have enhanced this item using the essence of the creature that once wielded it, put it to good use. If you do not want it give it back and I will reward you alternatively."
- Belinda du Loc gives you Enhanced Crystal Sword.
Handing in the Enhanced Item for Experience
- You give Belinda du Loc Enhanced Crystal Sword.
- Belinda du Loc tells you, "I see you didn't want to keep this, that's a shame."
- You've earned 500,000 experience.
Quest Timer
- Belinda du Loc tells you, "We don't want to hunt these rare and extraordinary creatures to the point of extinction, talk to me again at a later date."
Notes
- Creature Lords began appearing on the landscape during the Keep Your Enemies Closer event.
- During A Perfect Paradox, the stats of the special items were updated, and the Fetid Dirk and Skeletal Atlatl were added.
- During A Gathering of Colors, various icons were updated.
- In the Come What Follows the NPC Belinda du Loc was added to Stonehold, who will enhance some of the items, as well as give a killtask for them. In addition, the Diamond shield can also be enhanced from the Medium Harbinger quest.
- In the Gears of Change event the creatures now send out a local area broadcast to alert players to their presence.
- Example: Master of the Pack barks.
- Quest experience reward was increased from 50,000,000 to 80,000,000 during the Learning From Experience event.
