Notes

One side of the settlement uses the claw, the other side uses the sleeves.
The claw is dropped by Littoral Siraluuns, which can be found in the southern coastal areas of Marae Lassel. There is a fixed spawn of several near the waterfall at 49.0N 72.3W that spawn every five minutes.
The Mattekar Hide Sleeves are crafted from a Small Mattekar Hide by a Leather Crafter. Mattekar Cave is a good place to hunt for them.
