- This dungeon contains the Fenmalain Gate. Using a Fenmalain Key on the gate gives you a Fenmalain Portal Gem to access the Fenmalain Chamber.
- The lowest level dungeon associated with the Crystal Bow / Shield / Orb Quests. See also Caulnalain Vestibule and Shendolain Vestibule.

Notes
- During the Twilight's Gleaming event, the Fenmalain Chamber contained the Fenmalain Soul Crystal that formed part of Bael'Zharon's prison. It was destroyed during the same event by players.
- During the Now In This Hush event, the upper level restriction was changed from level 10-25 to 10-30.
- During the A Perfect Paradox event, the upper level restriction was removed (now 10+).
- During the A Small Victory event, the Vestibule was updated with new creatures and a new level restriction of 20+.
