Head to Frosthaven
There is a portal available but not sure how to get it except from other players. There might be something in the carrot dagger quests that can be used.

To get to Frost Haven, take the Qalaba'r Oasis Settlement Portal from Qalaba'r. It is a short run to Frost Haven at 68.4S, 25.4E.

When you kill the Abominable Snowman (HP: 400k), he drops around 40 Frozen Presents. You'll want to pick one of these up (23hr timer). Soon after the Abominable Snowman is defeated, Scold (HP: 50k) will spawn. Each time you defeat him, he'll split into smaller golems until he eventually splits into Scold Lumps (HP: 10k). You'll want to pick up one of the Hot Coals (23hr timer) from it's corpse. Apply the Hot Coal to the Frozen Present to create a Present. Double-click the Present to recieve one of the following rewards (list may be incomplete):

If you did not receive a Frozen present you can hand the major the coal to get a present to use it on.

If the snowman hasn't spawned kill Sam over and over again... reportedly 15 or 30 min timer after last death before he will spawn again.
