General

Originally, the Matron Dungeons (see also Matron Hive West, Matron Hive South and Matron Hive North were located on Asheron's Island and had upper level restrictions. The dungeons only spawned the Matrons after one in the lower level dungeon was killed. Only after getting through the exit portal, you were flagged to enter Asheron's Castle. The Matron Hive East was located at 18.4S, 69.3E, and was later moved to the outskirts of the town of Baishi.

The Olthoi Brood Matron here drops the Brood Matron Carapace to get Asheron's Supreme Raiment.
