Walk Through

1. Talk to Commander Rylane di Cinghalle at 93.2N 48.2W in the Shattered Outlands

• Route: Run from Eastwatch

1. Kill 30 higher level Ruschks such as spawn in the valley (Ruschk Draktehn and Ruschk Laktar)
2. (optional) Return to Commander Rylane di Cinghalle, and talk to him
3. Go to the 95.2N, 42.3W - Ruschk Encampment
4. You need to have finished the Killtask before you can retrieve the reward, if you have not, 2 Ruschk Totem Guardians will spawn when trying to use the Ruschk Ice Totem.
5. Retrieve the Small Ruschk Ice Totem - double click the Ruschk Ice Totem to receive the Totem
6. Return to Commander Rylane di Cinghalle, and hand him the Totem for your reward

Commander Rylane di Cinghalle tells you, "Greetings. If you have the time, I have a set of tasks you could aid me with. I'm here to help thin out the number of Ruschk in the valley below, and to gain one of their Totems for further study."
Commander Rylane di Cinghalle tells you, "If you were to kill, say... 30 of the Ruschk in the valley, and then acquire one of their smaller Ice Totems from the encampment at 95.5N, 42.3W, I'd be more than happy to reward you for your efforts."
Commander Rylane di Cinghalle tells you, "I'd kill the Ruschk first. That should throw them into enough disarray that you should be able to grab the Totem unnoticed."
