Fiddy Pyreal is a vendor located in the South East wing of the Marketplace. He sells Reinforced armor and the MK II series of weapons which are suitable for level 50 to level 100.
The Reinforced armor comes with many of your attribute level V buffs, and a level 50 wield requirement.
His weapons do not have cantrips or spells, but skill requirements and weapon stats are in line with what a level 50 to 100 character would expect to use.
He also sells Trade Notes, Left-Hand Tethers, and Left-Hand Tether removers.
