New UI and Game Changes

Master of the Steel Circle now includes Dual Wield skill.
Ninja Academy treasure room door now stays open for a longer duration.
Fixed Luminance award of Shadow Flyers.
Fixed Shadow Engineers to spawn correctly.
Sclavus monsters have been rebalanced.
Newly updated Shadow Armor.
Fixed creature Maces & Clubs, such that they now do Bludgeon damage instead of Piercing damage.
Lowered the damage of Obsidian Spines shot from Obsidian Chitticks.

WARNING: These quests are standalone quests, the xp bonuses are strictly handled by the NPCs in Kara, speak to them after finishing to get your bonus. Also your timer for the bonuses depend on when you completed last month's set of quests, speak to each NPC to find out if your timer hasn't expired yet. More details here.
