Hassha, a Sclavus NPC that is a Scholar of Salt and Ash. Located in a bunker at 10.3S 50.5E. Take the New Gerz Villas portal (2.2N 50.4E) in Lytelthorpe and run southwest. He starts the Water of Stasis and Black Pages of Salt and Ash quests.
