Mekhmet tells you, "If you would seek to defeat the tyrant Varicci, journey to the Shade Iron Mine in a cavern south of here, along the coast at 65.0 S, 87.6W." Mekhmet tells you, "The Viamontians have been extracting a metal known as Shade Iron there. This is the metal they crafted the foul blade Heartbreaker with. We must know more about it, so I would ask you to obtain a sample of the ore. The ore is difficult to properly extract. I suspect you will have to take a proper tool from the Viamontian mages in the mine who collect the ore."
