Shattered Outlands

The Shattered Outlands is located on the northern half of the Isle of Ruin, the easternmost island of the Halaetan Isles. The quickest route there is via the Eastwatch portal just outside Sanamar at 90.3N 43.2W. The area is surrounded by an unpassable razorback ridge of mountains with the only pass through them located near 93N 47W. There are a few places of interest on the thin strip of beach on the other side of the mountains, including Fiun Outpost at 95.9N 56.9W. This is perhaps the most thickly populated area next to the Paradox Olthoi Valley, but it is much larger.
