Walk Through
1.Goto the dungeon "A Cave" located Southwest of Cragstone at 24.2N, 43.2E. Once you enter the cave it is not necessary to talk to Tibri first you can just head in a get the spear.
2. From the dungeon drop there is a 3 way split so to get to the spear take the hallway to the right (west). Follow the hallway down and keep the the right and it will take you to a room filled with mountain rats. At the back of the room the spear is lying on the ground. Pick up the spear and return to to the beginning of the dungeon. (Note: there is no timer on picking up the spear so if you want a spear to turn in for xp and one to use as a weapon then get two)

3.From the three way split head down the middle hallway way (south). When it splits bear east and hug the right wall till you reach Tibri the Cavedweller. Hand the spear to Tibri for an experience reward.
You give Tibri the Cavedweller Tibri's Fire Spear.
Tibri the Cavedweller tells you, "Thank you."
You've earned 50,000 experience.
Note: You must actually pick up the spear in order to get the experience reward. Simply handing the spear to someone and having them turn it in won't work.
