Tibri the Cavedweller

An old explorer that now resides in the dungeon called "A Cave" outside Cragstone. She is nonessential part of the Sword of the Lost Light quest (just part of the lore) and the Tibri's Fire Spear Quest, which is found in the same dungeon as her.
