You can help me, and earn yourself some rewards, by venturing into the Graveyard in the Direlands and bringing me eight jawbones. I seek a special kind of jawbone. You can't just dig up a skull and bring me a bone."
Balon Strongarm tells you, "The only jawbones that I would find useful are the ones from magically enchanted skeletons: Pyre Minions, Pyre Skeletons, and Pyre Champions carry the kinds of bones I need. Be on your way, and come talk to me when you have eight!"

1. Talk to Balon Strongarm inside the east wing of the Celestial Hand Stronghold at 39.7S 83.6E in Hebian-To.
2. Head out to the Graveyard and kill Pyre Minions, Pyre Skeletons, and Pyre Champions until you find 8 Pyre Skeleton Jaws.
3. Return to Cullum for your reward.

Note: The jawbones appear to have an equal drop rate, so killing minions is the fastest way to go. Also, they drop during the day as well as the night.

2. Head out to the Graveyard and kill Pyre Minions, Pyre Skeletons, and Pyre Champions until you find 8 Pyre Skeleton Jaws.
3. Return to Cullum for your reward
