I think the Quest Guide Template isn't mirroring the actual wiki template, because the Level Req, Suggested Level, and Introduced In fragments aren't parsed properly (I had to copy the code from the Shadowfire Stone (Quest). I probably shouldn't even be using this template because were in the middle of an update, but temporarily it might be a good idea to revert it back to the old HTML template. --Atarax 15:20, 10 February 2009 (CST)
Do you know if there's a way in the wiki, or some plugin/addon, that allows us to "Move" or "Rename" uploaded images? Currently we have to delete and re-upload them, even if its just a typo. Just curious if this is possible, maybe in the new version? --Atarax 11:56, 11 February 2009 (CST)
Do you know if its possible to edit the File Upload Page? I think it would be a good idea to display our image standards right on this page before a user uploads a file.
Something like this perhaps:
- Live Images must be named Article Name Live.jpg (JPG image, Case Sensitive), and are 300x300px or 300x400px exactly.
- Stats Panel Images must be named Article Name.jpg (JPG image, Case Sensitive), and are typically 300x400px or 300x400px for short items. Longer items are 300x???px (depending on length).
- Icon Images must be named Article Name Icon.png (PNG image, Case Sensitive), and are 32x32px exactly.
Note: To help you easily create images of the proper names and formats, please download our Wiki Swiss Tool. Among other things, the Wiki Swiss Tool includes the ability to crop images to many of the Wiki-Standard sizes and formats. Check it out!
Maybe if we put something like this right above where someone uploads the file, they'll be more apt to use the right naming or format. What do you think? --Atarax 11:29, 12 February 2009 (CST)
