Coin of the Valley is an alt currency related to Drunkenfell's upgraded VOD content. Mobs in the upgraded VOD have a chance to drop coins and there are all quest NPCs at the Obsidian Rim Lifestone award coins for their quests.
Domino Derval is a vendor at the Obsidian Rim lifestone. She sells items for Coins of the Valley.
Pete the Pusher is a currency exchange NPC at the Obisidian Rim lifestone who exchanges Coins of the Valley for Little Blue Pills.
