Attack location of War Spells

Asked: 2001.03.15

Question Title: Attack location of War Spells
Category: Combat
Question: Since casting a War Spell does not include aiming the spell high or low on the target, how is it's target location determined? Does such a War spell have a percentage chance to hit anywhere on the target? Can I affect the targeted area by casting the spell from different locations, such as above or below the target? Does such as spell attack at only a single location on the target, or is it somehow enveloping?

Answer: War spells don't have a "hit location." They bypass the target's armor.
