New UI and Game Changes

Craftable Throwing Spikes introduced.
New forms of crystal are being left by Crystal Shards that can be used on Greater Shadow Armor for upgraded AL and cantrips.
The range penalty for missile weapons have been tweaked. See the Letter to the Players for more details.

Tumerok Banners Quest
- The remaining Assault Weapons added as rewards.
- Gems of Worth are now Casino portal gems. Gems of value and wealth are now retired.
- The Tumerok clans are now found in six training camps outside of Dryreach.
