Use this on the Well of Tears to collect the blood tears. Then return the item to the guardian.

Notes

  • Found on the ground just north of the dungeon start.
  • Results in A Phial of Bloody Tears when used on the font.
  • Get to the font by jumping down from the start, go east then turn right and linear to the font.
