Also known as Residential Quarters, apartments were the answer to the chronic housing shortage. They are squares without that many hooks, but at least it gives players a place to live.
The purchase is 30,000 pyreals and 1 Writ of Refuge, and the rent is 10,000 pyreals a month. Moreover, there was no option to pay ahead so that the renter would have "credit" for however many months or years they wished ahead; if the player stopped subscribing to the game, they would eventually lose the apartment, and all their belongings in it.
There are a total of 3000 apartments per server.

- During the Betrayal event, the first 1000 apartments were added to the game.
- During the Repercussions event, 500 more apartments were added.
- During the Atonement event, another 500 were added to the game.
- During the Verdict event, 500 more could be now found in game.
- During the Festivus event, the last 500 apartments were added.
