Walk Through
Important It is NOT necessary to give the trophies to a crafter/tradesmule: there is no skillcheck involved in making the Buadren Parts.
- Kill Fire Shreths, and loot a Fire Shreth Hide
- Use a Noodle Cutter on the hide to create Leather Straps
- Kill Ebon Mattekars, and loot a Ebon Mattekar Hide
- Hand the hide to Aun Kikakhe, and you'll recieve Tanning Oil. Use this oil on the hide to create a Tanned Mattekar Hide
- Kill Mighty Oak Golems, and loot a Tree Trunk
- Use a Whittling Knife to make it into a Hollow Tree Trunk
- Combine the items: use the tanned hide on the trunk, then add the straps
- Give the resulting Buadren to Aun Tikakhe so he can add the spell "Heart of Oak" and the Buadren can be weilded
Ebon Mattekars are found in the mountain range between Linvak Tukal and Qalabar
Fire Shreths and Mighty Oak Golems can be found in the north of Osteth, the area around the Aun Settlement is a good area.
